02How we work
Before we recommend anything, we visit. Print volumes, who prints what, where the machine has to fit and how it reaches your network all shape the specification. Access matters too: a listed building or a narrow stairwell changes what will fit.
We look at how much you print, who prints it, where the machine will live and how it connects to your network.

We deliver and connect the machine, set up scanning and secure printing, and show your team how it works.
Routine service visits, toner delivered as you need it, and engineers who know your machine.
03Service and support
The industry norm is an engineer within eight working hours. We aim for four, and we aim to fix the fault on that first visit. Our target is to close 95% of calls within four hours.
Engineers carry the common parts. Anything else comes from the manufacturer by 10am the next day.
No call centre. Your call is logged by someone who knows your account, and the managing director is a phone call away.
The same engineer and account manager look after your machines, year after year.
Supplies arrive with the engineer on routine visits, so you don't have to keep track of them.
04Machines
We recommend whichever machine fits the job and the budget. Unsure how much you need? A refurbished machine is often the better-value way to find out.

Refurbished
Every refurbished machine we sell was originally sold and serviced by us, so we know its full history. We strip it to the chassis, replace worn parts and back it with the same warranty and service as new.

05Finance
We price the whole contract, not just the cost per copy. A cheap machine set up wrong can cost more over its life than the right one.
Own the machine from day one, with a service agreement to keep it running.
Fixed payments over an agreed term, so you can budget years ahead. Software licences can be included in the lease.
One charge per print covers the machine and its maintenance over one to five years. Paper is the only other cost, and the plan ends early if you reach your agreed volume.
